The Vi12 is a professional 3-way passive line array loudspeaker, featuring two 10-inch low-frequency drivers, a horn-loaded 8-inch midrange driver, and two 1.4-inch high-frequency compression drivers with 2.5-inch voice coils. These components are integrated into a coaxial configuration, enabling precise frequency band alignment through a carefully engineered crossover. The symmetrical dipolar layout of the neodymium low-frequency drivers surrounding the centrally positioned mid and high-frequency elements ensures consistent 120-degree horizontal dispersion, maintained down to 250 Hz.
Designed for use in vertical arrays of up to twenty-four units, the Vi12 is suitable for both standalone column configurations and mixed setups with Vi8 loudspeakers and Vi-SUBs. The cabinet is built from durable marine-grade plywood and finished with a robust Polyurea Cabinet Protection coating, offering resistance to physical impact and environmental exposure. A rigid metal grille with acoustically transparent foam provides additional protection for the front of the unit.
