The SKM 100 G4-1G8 handheld transmitter is a high-performance solution designed for integration with the Sennheiser evolution wireless G4 100 Series. Constructed with a durable yet lightweight aluminium housing, it supports a selection of Sennheiser’s established microphone capsules, including the e 835, e 845, e 865, e 935 and e 945, enabling flexibility for various vocal applications. The SKM 100 G4-1G8 allows efficient wireless synchronisation with receivers via infrared and offers rapid frequency coordination for up to 12 receivers using a linking feature. With a bandwidth of up to 42 MHz and 1680 fully tunable UHF frequencies, it ensures stable signal transmission in demanding environments. This transmitter supports up to 20 compatible channels and delivers a transmission range of up to 100 metres, depending on operating conditions. The SKM 100 G4-1G8 also features high RF output power, configurable up to 30 milliwatts, subject to regional regulatory limits, making it suitable for professional live or broadcast use.
