The Polycom Codec Kit for OneLINK HDMI to RoboSHOT HDMI Cameras Series enables extended connectivity for Polycom EagleEye IV cameras using a single category cable. Designed for use with Polycom 300, 310, 500 and 700 codec systems, this kit is compatible with RoboSHOT 12 HDMI and RoboSHOT 30 HDMI cameras, though it is not suitable for RoboSHOT 12E HDMI or 30E HDMI models. It delivers power, video and control signals up to 70 metres with Cat-5e or up to 100 metres with Cat-6 cabling. Using HDBaseT technology, it simplifies installation by reducing cabling requirements and supporting IR forwarding for codec remote control. The Polycom Codec Kit enhances installation flexibility, allowing the camera and codec to be positioned independently across larger spaces. A browser-based interface supports straightforward configuration and system management, making the kit a practical solution for extending legacy Polycom video systems while maintaining reliable performance in professional AV environments.
