HIMAXX 40A

The HIMAXX 40A is a processed active speaker delivering 1000W + 250W RMS power with a peak SPL of 133dB. Its dynamic, angular design is built into a lightweight polypropylene enclosure with GAS injection, providing enhanced structural integrity and efficient airflow. Designed for flexible use, the HIMAXX 40A includes integrated mounting points and can function as a stage monitor due to its asymmetrical shape. Engineered with B&C, the loudspeaker features a newly developed chassis, improved cooling for reduced power compression, and a stiffer cone for enhanced durability and reduced distortion. A 75mm voice coil and high-efficiency neodymium magnet ensure superior control. The B&C compression driver, with a 25mm throat and 44mm coil, delivers dynamic high frequencies. The amplifier system integrates a switch mode power supply, PWM for low frequencies, and a Class G module for high frequencies. An SMD-based preamplifier handles EQ, crossover, limiting, and protection functions for consistent performance.
