The SW 505 8P R is a Gigabit Layer 2 and Layer 3 managed switch designed for professional AV over IP applications. It features eight Gigabit PoE Plus Ethernet ports, two standard RJ45 ports, and two SFP ports that support aggregation for up to 2 Gigabit throughput. Each PoE Plus port delivers up to 30 watts, with a total power budget of 130 watts. The SW 505 8P R supports 802.1Q VLAN, QoS including DSCP, and multicast functionality with IGMP snooping and querying on a per-port basis. It also includes support for Dante and AES67 protocols.
