The Cisco Codec Kit for OneLINK HDMI to RoboSHOT HDMI Cameras enables efficient extension of power, video, and control signals to legacy RoboSHOT HDMI camera models using a single category cable. Designed specifically for Cisco Telepresence SX20, SX80, and C-Series codecs, the kit is compatible with RoboSHOT 12 HDMI and RoboSHOT 30 HDMI cameras, though not with RoboSHOT 12E or 30E variants. It uses HDBaseT technology to transmit signals over Cat-5e cables up to 70 metres or Cat-6 cables up to 100 metres, simplifying installation by reducing cabling requirements. The Cisco Codec Kit also supports the Vaddio Deployment Tool, offering centralised access to device management, firmware updates, and remote diagnostics. This integration allows for greater flexibility in system layout by removing constraints on camera and codec positioning.
