The HORIZON VHA 112SA Vertical Horizontal Array Active Subwoofer is designed for professional audio applications, delivering high output and precise dispersion. Each unit incorporates four 6.5-inch woofers and a 1.4-inch neodymium compression driver with a 2.5-inch voice coil, housed in a durable birch plywood enclosure with a robust rubber surround. The central waveguide, developed through BEM finite element analysis, provides controlled 90-degree horizontal and 20-degree vertical dispersion, ensuring consistent coverage and clarity. The integrated Class-D amplifier supplies 600 watts to the low-frequency section and 300 watts to the high-frequency driver, supported by a DSP engine offering eight user-selectable presets. Up to six VHA 112SA units can be arrayed vertically with angle adjustments in 5-degree increments. Quick-release anchor points and dedicated flybars enable horizontal configurations with up to 360-degree coverage. The rigging system includes fixed setting pins and a single locking point per side, streamlining assembly and transport for professional use.
