EasyIP CeilingMIC/AMP D Microphone

The EasyIP CeilingMIC AMP D is an integrated in-ceiling audio solution combining a ceiling-mounted microphone and a built-in amplifier for passive speakers, designed specifically for Dante networked audio systems. This compact 2-in-1 unit simplifies installation by supporting power and audio transmission over a single Cat-5e cable using PoE or PoE Plus. Featuring a three-element cardioid microphone array, the EasyIP CeilingMIC AMP D captures 360-degree audio with built-in echo cancellation and digital signal processing, including automatic gain control and equalisation. It delivers clear audio performance ideal for mid-sized meeting spaces and supports connection to additional speakers wired in series or parallel, maintaining a minimum 4-ohm load. The amplifier provides 25 watts output when powered via PoE Plus and 15 watts with standard PoE. The EasyIP CeilingMIC AMP D integrates seamlessly into Vaddio’s EasyIP and Dante AV-over-IP platforms and is easily managed through the Dante Controller and Vaddio’s desktop configuration tools.
